Shipping Policy


Good news: shipping is on us. We offer free standard shipping on every U.S. order—no minimums, no codes.


Where we ship

United States only (including APO/FPO).

We don’t ship internationally—yet.


Processing time

Orders placed Mon–Fri by 2:00 pm CT are typically processed same day or next business day.

Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.

Some items may ship directly from our brand/distribution partners (you’ll still get tracking).


Delivery time & carriers

Standard delivery: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx—chosen automatically for speed and reliability.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Your order may arrive in multiple packages (separate tracking) at no extra cost.


Address accuracy & changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, address changes or reroutes aren’t guaranteed.

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to reship (additional transit time may apply).


Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

Marked “delivered,” not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier; many packages appear within 1–2 business days. If not, email support@thebeautystrip.com.

Stuck in transit: If tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days, contact us—we’ll open a carrier case and make it right.

Damaged items: Email support@thebeautystrip.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, packing, and product.


PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS.

Certain oversized/restricted items may require a street address; if so, we’ll reach out.


Backorders & split shipments

If an item is backordered, we’ll email an estimated ship date.

We may ship available items first so you get them sooner (no extra charge).


Order edits & cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Email support@thebeautystrip.com ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.


Returns

We offer 30-day returns on unopened items. Start a return by emailing support@thebeautystrip.com.

Carrier delays can happen during peak seasons or severe weather. We’ll keep you posted if we spot an issue.
