Shipping Policy
Good news: shipping is on us. We offer free standard shipping on every U.S. order—no minimums, no codes.
Where we ship
• United States only (including APO/FPO).
• We don’t ship internationally—yet.
Processing time
• Orders placed Mon–Fri by 2:00 pm CT are typically processed same day or next business day.
• Weekend/holiday orders process the next business day.
• Some items may ship directly from our brand/distribution partners (you’ll still get tracking).
Delivery time & carriers
• Standard delivery: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch.
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx—chosen automatically for speed and reliability.
• You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
• Your order may arrive in multiple packages (separate tracking) at no extra cost.
Address accuracy & changes
• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• Once an order has shipped, address changes or reroutes aren’t guaranteed.
• If a package is returned as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to reship (additional transit time may apply).
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
• Marked “delivered,” not received: Check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier; many packages appear within 1–2 business days. If not, email support@thebeautystrip.com.
• Stuck in transit: If tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days, contact us—we’ll open a carrier case and make it right.
• Damaged items: Email support@thebeautystrip.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box, packing, and product.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO
• We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via USPS.
• Certain oversized/restricted items may require a street address; if so, we’ll reach out.
Backorders & split shipments
• If an item is backordered, we’ll email an estimated ship date.
• We may ship available items first so you get them sooner (no extra charge).
Order edits & cancellations
• Need to change or cancel? Email support@thebeautystrip.com ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
• We offer 30-day returns on unopened items. Start a return by emailing support@thebeautystrip.com.

• Carrier delays can happen during peak seasons or severe weather. We’ll keep you posted if we spot an issue.
